SIR IT APPEARS THAT BOTH THE ASSOCIATIONS ARE LOVING ITS CADRE MORE THAN THE PROMOTEE (270) DGMs. BECAUSE, WHEN THERE IS NO RESISTANCE BY BOTH THE ASSOCIATIONS FOR THE PROMOTIONS TO ITS DEPUTATIONISTS, LOT OF RESISTANCE IS APPLIED FOR THE REGULARISATION, ALLOWING L/A GM POSTS TO PROMOTEE DGMs. PAY ANAMOLY IS NOT ADDRESSED. THIS I BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF COM.SEBASTIN ALSO WHEN HE CAME TO HYD. I PERSONALLY FEEL THAT SNEA IS VERY STRONG FROM THE BEGINNING IN ADDRESING THE ISSUES RIGHT FROM ABSORPTION CONDITIONS TO THE TIME BOUND PROMOTIONS.
