AUAB Chatra, Jharkhand Circle submits Memorandum to Honourable Member of Parliament Shri Kalicharan Singh Ji, Chatra Lok Sabha Constituency:

Member of Parliament Lok Sabha constituency Vadodara, Gujarat: In support of AUAB Call for the submission of representations to Hon. The delegation sought the implementation of the Third Pay/Wage Revision and the removal of the affordability clause. Dr. Hemang Joshi assured the delegation that he would raise the issue in the Lok Sabha.

AUAB Shahdol, MP Circle submits Memorandum to Respected Shri Himadri Singh Ji, Hon. Member of Parliament Lok Sabha constituency Shahdol, Madhya Pradesh: In support of AUAB Call for the submission of representations to Hon. MPs, special delegation of the AUAB, on 20/10/2026 AUAB Shahdol, MP Circle had meeting with Hon. Shri Himadri Singh Ji, Hon. Member of Parliament Lok Sabha constituency Shahdol and submitted a memorandum regarding the Third Pay/Wage Revision for BSNL employees.

The delegation held a detailed discussion regarding the wage revision, which has been pending for the last nine years, and requested relaxation of the Affordability Clause to facilitate its implementation.

The Honourable MP listened attentively to the concerns of BSNL employees, expressed her support, and assured the delegation that she would take up the matter with the concerned Ministry and written a letter the Honourable Minister of Communications, Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia Ji, the removal of the affordability clause to facilitate the implementation of the Third Pay Revision for BSNL employees. AUAB Mandsaur, MP Circle submits Memorandum to Respected Shri Sudhir Gupta Ji, Hon. Member of Parliament Lok Sabha constituency Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh: In support of AUAB Call for the submission of representations to Hon. MPs, special delegation of the AUAB, on 15/10/2026 AUAB Mandsaur, MP Circle had meeting with Hon. Shri Sudhir Gupta Ji, Hon. Member of Parliament Lok Sabha constituency Mandsaur and submitted a memorandum regarding the Third Pay/Wage Revision for BSNL employees.

The delegation requested the Honourable Member of Parliament to kindly intervene and take necessary steps for the early resolution of the Third Pay Revision (3rd PRC), which has been pending since 01.01.2017. During the meeting, the Honourable MP patiently listened to the representatives for nearly 45 minutes and gained a clear understanding of the issues and concerns of BSNL employees. AUAB Rewa, MP Circle submits Memorandum to Respected Shri Janardan Mishra Ji, Hon. Member of Parliament Lok Sabha constituency Rewa, Madhya Pradesh: In support of AUAB Call for the submission of representations to Hon. MPs, special delegation of the AUAB, on 17/10/2026 AUAB Rewa, MP Circle had meeting with Hon. Shri Janardan Mishra Ji, Hon. Member of Parliament Lok Sabha constituency Rewa and submitted a memorandum regarding the Third Pay/Wage Revision for BSNL employees.

The delegation highlighted that the pay revision issue has remained unresolved since 01.01.2017 and sought his kind intervention and support for its early settlement. During the meeting, the delegation presented a detailed memorandum explaining the concerns and aspirations of BSNL employees and requested his support in pursuing their genuine demands. The Honourable MP carefully listened to the issues raised, understood the matter in depth, and assured the delegation of his full support for BSNL and its employees, who are rendering valuable public service.

MPs, special delegation of the AUAB, on 17/10/2026 AUAB Sagar, MP Circle had meeting with Hon. Dr. Lata Wankhede Hon. Member of Parliament from Sagar, MP and submitted a memorandum regarding the Third Pay/Wage Revision for BSNL employees.

The Honourable MP listened to the AUAB representatives with keen interest and empathy. AUAB Betul, MP Circle submits Memorandum to Respected Shri Durga Das Uikey Ji, Hon. Minister of State for Tribal Affairs of India and Member of Parliament Betul-Harda-Harsud: In support of AUAB Call for the submission of representations to Hon. MPs, special delegation of the AUAB, on 15/10/2026 AUAB Betul, MP Circle had meeting with Hon. Shri Durga Das Uikey Ji, Hon. Minister of State for Tribal Affairs of India and Member of Parliament Betul-Harda-Harsud and submitted Memorandum on Third Pay/Wage Revision of BSNL Employees.

During the meeting, the delegation presented a detailed memorandum highlighting the long-pending Third Pay/Wage Revision demand and sought his support and intervention in pursuing the matter.

The Honourable Minister gave a patient hearing and understood the issue in depth. He informed the delegation that, prior to becoming a Member of Parliament, he had been a leader of an employees' union and was therefore well acquainted with such concerns. He immediately instructed his Personal Secretary to forward the representation to the Personal Secretary of the Minister of State for Communications. He assured the delegation of his full support for BSNL and its employees, who are dedicated to serving the public.

AUAB Bhopal, MP Circle submits Memorandum to Respected Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan Ji, Honourable Union Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India, and Member of Parliament from Vidisha: In support of AUAB Call for the submission of representations to Hon. MPs, special delegation of the AUAB, on 20/10/2026 AUAB Bhopal, MP Circle had meeting with Hon. Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan Ji, Union Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India, and Member of Parliament from Vidisha at his residence in Bhopal.

The delegation met the Honourable Minister and submitted a memorandum under the nationwide AUAB campaign, seeking the removal of the affordability clause and early implementation of the Third Pay/Wage Revision for BSNL employees, pending since 01/01/2017. The Honourable Minister assured the delegation that he would take up the matter with the Ministry of Finance and the Honourable Minister of Communications, Shri Jyotiraditya M. Scindia Ji, and extend full support to the genuine demands of BSNL employees. The delegation also appreciated the Government's efforts towards BSNL's revival and thanked the Minister for his positive response and support.

AUAB Hubli Karnataka Circle submits Memorandum to Respected Shri Pralhad Joshi Ji, Honourable Union Minister from Dharwad: In support of AUAB Call for the submission of representations to Hon. MPs, special delegation of the AUAB, on 21/10/2026 AUAB Hubli Karnataka Circle had meeting with Honourable Shri Pralhad Joshi Ji Union Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution and submitted a memorandum seeking his support for the implementation of the long-pending Third Pay/Wage Revision for BSNL employees.

The Honourable Minister assured the delegation that he would take up the issue with the Honourable Minister of Communications, Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia Ji.

MPs, special delegation of the AUAB, on 21/10/2026 AUAB Karimnagar, Telangana Circle had meeting with Honourable Shri. Bandi Sanjay Kumar ji, Minister of State for Home affairs, Member of Parliament, Karimnagar and submitted a memorandum regarding Third Pay/Wage Revision as per the AUAB CHQ call. The Honourable Minister responded very positively and assured the delegation that he would take up the matter with the Honourable Minister of Communications and Shri Amit Shah Ji, Honourable Union Home Minister, for an early resolution of the issue.

AUAB Jharkhand Circle submits Memorandum to Respected Shri Santosh Kumar Gangwar Ji, Honourable Governor of Jharkhand: In support of AUAB Call for the submission of representations to Hon. MPs, special delegation of the AUAB, on 21/10/2026 AUAB Jharkhand Circle had meeting with Honourable Governor of Jharkhand Shri Santosh Kumar Gangwar Ji.

During the meeting, the delegation submitted a representation requesting his effective intervention for extending the benefits of the Third Pay/Wage Revision to BSNL employees and for resolving this long-pending issue. The delegation highlighted the need for justice, equity, and due recognition of the valuable contributions made by BSNL employees. The sentiments and legitimate demands of the employees were presented before the Honourable Governor in a strong and convincing manner.

The Honourable Governor listened to our concerns patiently and gave us adequate time to present our genuine demand for the implementation of the Third Pay/Wage Revision. While his response regarding the current situation of BSNL was mixed, he assured us that he would personally speak to the Honourable Minister of Communications, Government of India, and also submit a letter in support of the matter.

AUAB Bellary, Karnataka Circle submits Memorandum to Respected Shri E. Tukaram Ji, Honourable Member of Parliament, Bellary: In support of AUAB Call for the submission of representations to Hon. MPs, special delegation of the AUAB, on 21/10/2026 AUAB Gujarat Circle had meeting with Honourable Member of Parliament from Dahod constituency Shri Jasvantsinh S Bhabhor ji. The delegation submitted a memorandum seeking the implementation of the Third Pay/Wage Revision and the removal of the affordability clause. He assured the delegation that he would certainly raise this issue in the Lok Sabha.

He also assured us that he would raise this important issue during the Parliamentary session.
