The delegation sought his support for the early implementation of the Third Pay/Wage Revision by relaxing the affordability clause, as well as for the resolution of other long-pending and legitimate demands of BSNL employees and executives.

The Hon. MP responded positively and assured the delegation of his full support. He stated that he would take up the matter with the Hon. Minister of Communications and also raise it at the appropriate forums for its early resolution. He further assured that he would forward the recommendations relating to the Third Pay/Wage Revision to the Hon. Prime Minister for consideration.
