Others Sir, In the website posted on 16-03-2017 it is written as "Superannuation benefits will be eligible only after 15 years and the advantage in going for Term Insurance as the premium will be very less" What does it mean "15 Years of service"? Is it minimum service or anyother criteria for SAB. Any condition like this mentioned in 2nd PRC for SAB?. Pls clarify0

Policy R/Comrade Kindly write to CMD and DOT on SDE RR modification issue wef 2002 instead of 2009 sothat the LDCE passed SDEs can be given justic.As BSNL conducted LDCE for VY 2001-2002 on 2007 and result decleared on OCT 2008.What is the fault of a JTO appeared in SDE LDCE 2007.It is great injustice .Res.Comrade yes you can do this.1

After MVP & as a majority recognised association, we got victory .. I think other victory also in the pipeline shortly..Once again Thank u... Com Pl take up the following issues seriously: 1.First TBFU in 4 years to all. 2.In proposed CPSU Hirerchy promotion to directly DE/AGM to all regular SDEs having completed/going to complete 10 years regular service. 3Modification of SDE RR wef 2002 instead of 2009 sothat all SDEs will be benifited.And all court case can be finished relating to seniority.Also it will increase our membership.1

Others Dear sir, This is regarding FR 22 1 A 1 of officiating JTOs. Corporate office saying in the letter dated 22-12-2015, FR 22 1 a 1 is to be implemented upto 31-12-2006 only. Afterwards there are no FRs. Only giving one increment.It is true violation of Court order.SNEA may join in the contempt petetion filed by Mr. Kabeerdas and others. 0

Policy For Submission of subscription Forms to DDOs: CHQ drawn Attention of Branch/SSA/Circle Secretaries for Special focus may be given to members working in Non-recruiting units like Mtce Regions, Transmission Project, Civil, Elect, Arch, QA, T&D/INSP, NCNGN, Training Centres, NFS, Term Cell, CCAs, ITPC, BBNW etc. “ In this I would like to mention that, the CHQ should take special focus on the HR issued particularly transferred face by the Executives working on non-recruiting circles. All of us known that in Non-recruiting units because of higher authority are not in the same location i.e. CGM at one location, GM at another location, and DGM at another location so there is delayed in every issued from HR to Technical. So if any executive willing to transferred from Non-Recruiting circle to Recruiting circle they may be give chance to work on Recruiting circle. Mean while recently the Mumbai CAT given judgement to consider the FTBP for 4 years within 12 weeks time, and final hearing completed on 08-02-2017 at High court Chennai&the judgement reserved in Chennai and judgement reserved in Hyderabad CAT also on this issue.Even other association wrote letter to CMD quoating MADRAS COURT judgement FTBP for 4 years only.Hence I am requested you sir, kindly recommend and pursue the case of FTBP for 4 years that will be helpful to be retired,retiring JTOs and all Senior JTOs. moreover the affected JTOs all most all are SNEA members.0

Others MTNL & BSNL merger is coming rounds. MTNL people are on standard pay scale where there is no E1A and E2A. Now, when MTNLians opt to join BSNL, they are offered BSNL Scales. What is this? Does this means, non-standard pay scales are having the sanctity from DoT? Further, MTNLians are now having Rule-37A with Govt Pension. News are coming out that MTNLians who do not want to join BSNL can opt for VRS with 2 increment for every left out year service. BSNL optees and Association must demand implementing standard IDA pay scales before taking any decision on MTNL merger and also similar VRS in merger on same terms and on par with them. Loss amassed by MTNL is not going to be borne by BSNL it seems. This means BSNLians and Associations must demand similar terms in merger of both entities for BSNLians also. This is the good chance for us also.0

Policy Now, it become clear that, there is no relation bw this FY performance and pay revision. Already PRC report was out and it clearly states that, we are not eligible for pay revision forget abt fitment,due to negative PBT. Now what SNEA ll do. We have voted them expecting good pay revision. But it seems PRC members are not convince with operation profit funda.They took PBT as parameter0

I sincerely thank concerned comrades updating such issues and other important issues on the website for information of comrades. Likewise the status and role of SNEA in respect of JTO to SDE promotion case of LDCE 2015 passed candidates should also be updated on SNEA web site. Policy The proposal for amendments in SDE- RR regarding the inter-se seniority to be applicable from the vacancy year 2009-2010 onwards has already been approved by Management Committee, but awaiting the approval of BSNL Board. It has been conveyed by BSNL in writing on dated 21.09.2016 in Hon’ble CAT Chandigarh bench that the proposal is likely to be approved by BSNL board in three months’ time. Therefore it requested to kindly convince the management to modify SDE RR wef 2002 not from 2009 so that all the seniority related cases pending id different courts will be resolved. .0

Organisational GS Sir, Iam 1998 JTO. Joined in Apr 1999 as JTO. I have got 1st TBP in Oct2006.Totally I got 1st TBP after 7and 1/2 years including before Oct2000 service.We are very much losers in all aspects including DPC.Kindly try to understand Sr.JTOs position and at least try to implement Chennai Court judgement 1st TBP for 4 years. We are the Sr. JTOs served for our SNEA for so many years in different levels.This is the good opportunity for SNEA to satisfy the Sr.JTO members by implementing the Chennai Judgement. All the effected JTOs are our SNEA Sr. members. Hence, I request our beloved GS to put more efforts in this regard and do justice.--Thank you sir. 0

Others we came to know that there is a meeting going to be held at ananthpur on 23/1/17. The D.S. of tirupathi,C.S., and others who are attending to the above said meeting should try to escalate the problems of the officials to the G.S. notice. Most of the central psus are permitting their women employees to work only one year at outstation after the completion of stipulated period on long standing issue. why wont we try to impose this in our organisation. we all would be thankful if it is done.0

Policy I wonder if we are going in the right direction. This, I say, because, of late we hear that the LDCE JTO to SDE is going to be given promotion albeit with a rider. What stopped the admin/SNEA to follow this (with a rider -subject to outcome of court various cases) way back for DPC executives who are waiting for ages now? Even now it is not too late. To keep up the DIGNITY OF THE EXECUTIVE CADRE -- SO MUCH A PART OF OUR BELOVED LATE COM. SHESHAGIRI RAO DREAMS AND PRINCIPLES -- PARALLELY ORDERS CAN BE RAISED FOR BOTH DPC AND LDCE AMICABLY.
